My food is warm, simple and comforting. Deeply influenced by my childhood in the farmland of Québec, Italian relatives, and a desire to bring people together—my cooking is as beautiful and mature as my story.
While a decade in professional kitchens has sharpened my expertise—from mastering whole animal butchery to proper handling of seasonal produce—it is my great care for community that has driven my love for cooking.
